Keep a journal of when they notified you, when they started demolition, what hours of each day they are working, temperature in the unit, notes on conversations, copies of all emails, letters, phone conversations, etc.

Hi Sam,Do you think you have a steady stream of potential renters who will pay a premium for the pool vs without.To me, above ground pools are:[1] mainly for kids and teens,[2] says successful blue collar family (most of the time).Look up how much that pool heater will cost to run (I'm betting it's will be more than you think).Look up how much water is lost by evaporation and has to be replaced in your area.Pools require "Pool Chores" to keep them clean and running right.

@Marco Egurvide Hey Marco, in tampa by using smart locks for the doors, having specific automated check in/out instructions, a steady cleaning crew/maintenance guy and having the cleaning crew bring in the products you regularly have shipped to the house (paper towel, shampoo, etc) you can automate an STR quite efficiently.
