Hey everyone, my name is Miguel and I'm a fix and flip investor based out of Southern California, Inland Empire.

I need to find someone who will loan on three free and clear properties in Southern California.

I grew up on a 5 acre nursery in Southern California, before moving away.  

It's super hot in the spring & summer months in Southern California in a second story home and we try as best we can to conserve energy as much as possible so we don't use the central air conditioning, especially at night when it is cool enough outside.

I'm new to the site as well as new to Orange County in Southern California!  

I am figuring that even though we are in the Central Valley - it will likely go to an investor from the Bay Area or even Southern California - as we have a lot of coastal investors starting to look in our area. 

Are there any BP'ers out there that have successfully pulled off a house hack in decent towns in Southern Bergen, Essex, Union, or Hudson counties?
