If you can find properties with the right numbers, the returns are solid.  

I owned a 44 unit and it was 2 small for an employee and it was across town so it was a hassle to who up to rent one and the person did not show.. once I got it full though it stayed that way.. pretty solid..

When shopping rates it is always your best bet to go with a solid broker

They pulled too hard on the screen door, causing the attached metal rod to rip out a few pieces of wood from the frame.
