Who gets to keep the security deposit money under an eviction?

The owner lives out of state and has secured a tenant for the property for the next year (lease expires August 2019). 

Depending on the area, it may require more than one policy - i.e. a hazard policy, a flood policy, and a wind policy (not their official names).

I would think that a person that meets a high standard would not have a problem coming up with security deposits.

I personally use https://www.myrental.com/ for all of my tenant screenings, and while you need an email address for the Premium and Premium Plus packages, the basic package only requires the applicant’s full name, address, date of birth and Social Security number.

To reiterate what the others before me posted the mortgage servicer is simply doing their practice of property preservation to protect and secure the asset due to the noticeable vacancy. 

Also I don't understand how the other car dealerships ran your credit without your knowledge - if you walk into a dealership, how would they even have your social security number?

If I might throw on my optimism hat though, once they fully move all of the SEAL teams down to the new Naval Coastal Campus from Coronado, the government's attention to the issue *ought* to be higher than ever considering that these guys are out in the water a lot and when you have a state-of-the-art training facility for our elite forces being influenced by polluted water, this becomes a national security issue.
