Sadly, the worse the policy is for the client the more the agent makes. 

Sadly even new properties can have issues in the first 5-10 years.

Sad, that's all it takes to be exceptional these days.That being said, I'm an agent that only works with investors.

So far in my market research I've been sadly disappointed in the quality of property photos. 

This is super sad but I THINK it's the hamptons neighborhood. 

What I noticed is kinda interesting but sad that I would have to agree, that the software engineers that are real estate investors generally do not have solid sharp engineering skills and are not whole heartily interested in engineering (yes including me).

(which is kinda sad it's not completely redundant) But kudos regardless.

Sadly, emergencies seem to happen when you least expect it. 

The sad truth is that conventional mortgages are only so effective.
