After doing my due diligence by looking through public records, I have found out that there is a huge discrepancy in the advertised lot size, the tax record size and the actual size by 40%.

The reason for this is what seems to be going on in a lot of other cities that the rental demand dramatically increased, but unlike other areas in Tennessee and other major cities, Chattanooga has not use all of the government funding to redevelop the public housing sites in the city.

Also if you end up with a complaint before a real estate commission, fair housing commission, anything of that sort...you are by and large guilty until proven innocent, as opposed to the opposite you would enjoy a member of the public in a court room.Fines for innocent mistakes can be drastic.
