There's Re/Max, Century 21, Crown Realty, Keller Williams and many more smaller private ones in my area.I am looking to hear about experiences with any of these or, others not mentioned, that you like or dislike?

Would a private lender lend the property purchase price and rehab costs, just purchase price, only 80% of the purchase price, etc...

Your best options for low or zero down is to find a property using seller financing, lease option, or get a private lender.

You will not likely be able to use that type of loan for a fix and flip unless you do an FHA 203k (that’s a whole nother conversation).
