My property is in Brighton and will be a condo conversion, planning to sell this fall (currently an up and down duplex). 

Tough decision but eventually went with Digb because they also help with taxes and planning.   

Our plan is to hold the house 5 years + until the market comes back, or possibly just holding it long term. 

I did pull out the maximum allotted amount of the HELOC which I plan on using for BRRRR (already closed on a property!).

He points out that if you are buying lots that don’t cost very much and you plan to sell them fast for not a huge markup, realtors won’t put a lot of time into it.

At this point, I'd prefer to grow my investor base from people I know and develop relationships with (which is a slower route- but fits my investing goals).Hope that helps.

Everyone here needs to understand that when a landlord refuses to keep their property repaired and is in violation of Local County Codes, it makes it tempting to find good rental property to move to, AND to report the property to Code Enforcement, which now I am planning on doing.

I recommend googling "(City name) comprehensive plan" every city has a city plan that shows where their major commercial projects are heading.
