Additionally several of the municipalities offer quaint down towns that offer shops, restaurants and night life.  

I would definitely recommend diving into the forums and blogs for anything you have questions about.

Also they don't let me sleep at night. 

The biggest problem I have with diving in feet first is that I am sole provider in my family of 5 and I'm at the upper end of salary for my position; so I'm understandably nervous.

A colleague of mine retired as Maintenance manager from an Industrial complex & was bored.He also owned a large warehouse that was bleeding him dry with transient tenants so we all sat around one night tossing out ideas & he decide to approach a couple of the local community colleges.

I have a full time job out and try to put in a couple of hours at night to real estate.
