Park is located on the hill and has two major issues:1) gravel road condition (it has potholes and unsufficient drainage which caused the road practically disappear);2) flooding of basements when it rains in storage building and few mobile homes.I am having a problem to find a contractor who can help to fix those issues.

@Habbak Burs there are a lot of variables like size of house, type and level of finishes, condition of mechanical systems etc.

Too bad it’s not a mobile home or I tell you to go get a car loan.

Also, you can talk to mobile home dealerships in the area to get a better sense of the market and how business is going in general.
