We needed a bigger location and wanted to preserve the integrity of this building which was erected in the 1800s.How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

People think it's as easy as many online/social media gurus makes it look.I don't even waste my time on any client that could not pass the test if they are using FHA Loan.Keep us updated on the rehab and the final outcome.

I may not have those skills in real estate that you all have but I have motivation, desire, and integrity that drive me to learn and that is how I will get my start.

Or in Chicago, Boston, Seattle...or any affluent area.These "mentors" love to talk about how easy it is to house hack, so they can sell books, programs, social media...whatever their game is.

I tried Integrity Credit Corporation without much success.
