Does anyone have any specific advice/tips when considering the purchase/flip of a manufactured/modular home?

This is going to be manufactured at the Gigafactory outside Reno at a new facility.

Assuming the location is decent, what do you think about manufactured houses? 

Make sure you undercut the jambs and leave the manufacturer’s recommended gap if you install it yourself.

Manufacturer of termite erradicating diesel reccomends to spray it liberally over the house, then drop a match.Termites problems will be gone.

Sounds a lot like me when I moved here in 98, I was sick of the weather in the mid-west so I sold my house, moved out here and got out of manufacturing.

I haven't seen it but will try to go by on my next trip (maybe this weekend) and/or get pictures and confirm manufacturers/etc...On our ranch we have a large uncovered concrete cylinder that we pump into for the animals.

There's also some major manufacturing, cyber command, and nuclear energy that add a ton of jobs and renters to the mix.  

Most of the tanked returns were for bad manufacturing or transport (how do you ship a water heater with smashed controls, dents the size of bowling balls, caved tops, or missing internal piping without a scratch on the shipping carton? 

Oh sounds like he is using (insert manufacturer name here), I use (Insert Manufacturer name here) because......".It's not always price there is timing and quality to consider as well.Good Luck!
