As someone who has a tendency to spend excessively and live paycheck to paycheck, the lockdown measures implemented during the pandemic unexpectedly helped me stabilize my financial situation.

I will be willing to pay a bit more to know that I can get another piece of filler stock without waiting weeks.But since I dont live in the houses I built and rent, I am looking for the most value.  

And the garage feels oversized, so I'm thinking about the possibility of converting it into a 2-car garage and adding ~300sqft of living space as another bedroom and hallway that still connects the house to the garage, so that the new layout will be 2500sqft, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom with a 600sqft 2-car garage.

however for one living in CA I do like Vegas personally ( I have invested there) as I have invested in over 20 states.. what I like about Vegas is the age of the homes you would buy at 500 to 1 mil.. no really nasty weather that adds to differed maintenance..
