Hey Kenny, here's some information that might help answer your question. 

Look at the channel history to see how many posts they’ve made spouting doom and gloom.   

While it's always best to have a plan for how you are going to execute your exit strategy BEFORE you get started, if you're like me and just jump in you could easily find yourself wondering how to execute this plan if your initial plan runs into problems.BP is full of great advice on refinancing and if you just post that is what you're looking for, the vendors will come out of the woodwork. 

I have read many posts, but many are old and may not be looking at a single building vs complex. 

You can also research those you meet at the events by reading their posts here as well.

The "For Sale" sign and phone number were posted on the front of the building, nowhere else.
