1) You don't know what the original accepted offer price was, it could have been much higher, then reduced for hidden damages discovered.2) "Someone said" isn't reliable,mother real price will be recorded at some point.

@Tamara Elliott-Deering - yes, the bank uses a pool, and I got the same appraiser for the second go around...my banker (a good friend and investor, too) agrees with me this is a good deal (she has no hidden agenda - long time friend.

I just hate seeing it to be foreclosed because I know there might be hidden potential to earn money even how much repairs needed but I might be wrong.Any idea how much it might cost to fix plumming, roof, etc for 1337sq ft single family home with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom?
