Sue you get your money, but the land is the grand prize.

All of the notes where I found that the property owner and borrower that didn't match were first position.I also see the appeal in modifying a loan for an owner occupied underwater property assuming that you acquired the note at a discount sufficient to provide room to do so and still earn a profit. 

Imagine coming into a room full of people/business professionals who are already having their own conversations and just stand up and start asking your question?  

That's fine, in the grand scheme of things 600$ doesn't really matter when the remodel job is about 15k. 

I Have a 3/2 home in Central Florida that I just had remodeled (bamboo floors, new kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops, new bathrooms and every room painted).

He rents a room for $300-400/month.  

Even sold a couch a few months ago from my living room. 99.9% of people are just like you on the other end. 

My mother and step mother are both licensed real estate agents, my father is a real estate investor, my aunts and grand parents all own property, so I'm not completely green to the wealth potential of REI nor the risk and horror stories that accompany it.

My sister is renting out a four bedroom, full basement, living room, dining room, kitchen, front porch, nice yard, etc...anyway shes's renting it from my step dad.
