I gave up on the idea since I'm not thick skinned enough to invest out-of-state, but just another angle for you to look at.If you decide to follow through with this, let us know how it pans out.

Here are other possible sources of lead: lead-based paint used in the interior/exterior of older buildings, lead in paint chips, lead in plumbing pipes, drinking water, job sites (lead contaminated clothing brought home or on the skin), old painted toys and furniture, food and liquids stored in lead crystal or lead-glazed pottery, lead smelters or other nearby industries releasing lead in the air, hobbies that use lead (pottery, stained glass, refinishing furniture), some folk health remedies, painted objects brought from foreign countries.Also, if the children are in daycare or frequent another location, check if exposure may have come from that location.

If you're planning to carry a mortgage the bank absolutely won't loan to an unproven LLC, since you have no skin in the game.  

I, for example, still prefer to eat my oranges by dissecting each into their individual wedges, peeling back the skin on each wedge, and delicately crumbling each skinned wedge into the tiny teardrop pods that make up an orange.

I can say without a doubt that since gaining mentorship my finances have gotten better, my relationships have gotten better, my income, my skin & general health, my organization & upkeep of my house, I’ve received 3 promotions in my job, literally so much has been gained through mentorship that I’m pretty sure the only reason someone could think they don’t need a mentor in their life is because either A, they never really gave mentorship their full shot, they never sold out to it, or B, they didn’t find the right mentor/mentorship opportunity.

Apologies, I'm sure the topic makes your skin crawl but has anyone ever sold (or considered selling) due to a bed bug infestation?
