However, now that I’m here and settled in, I’ve been putting a lot of thought towards how I can get ahead in life financially, and that’s how I stumbled across this forum.

I spent hours last night pouring over this forum and hadn’t  found anything that quite addressed my unique and frustrating situation. 

I analyze deals, read books, learn from the forums, network, visit properties on a weekly if not daily basis.I will do as suggested and ask him to show me where the real estate professional designation is necessary. 

Assuming you don’t have it under contract yet, and aren’t comfortable sharing the address on the open forum, PM me and I will give you a background of the property and the issues you may have in doing what you’re invisioning.
