“Ceiling white” is the best for giving an open feel/ making rooms feel bigger.

I am very conservative with purchase considerations and I feel that this would be a very low risk investment for a lender since there is no remodeling and the house will appraise for far above the price that I will pay for it.  

I'd feel just like Bugs Bunny and Yosemite Sam, looking at that pouty-pouty king in the dining room demanding, “Bring me my Hasen-pfeffer!!”

There are two reasons why a property doesn't sell: Price and Marketing (or more commonly the agent).If you feel like you have been marketing the property well, then it is the price.Land is extremely difficult to sell.

Both these tenants are government workers and so I feel that may be a higher likelihood of me winning such cases.
