Made a fair amount of tax free money that we rolled into a seven unit apartment building.Lessons learned?

I've looked at the demographics for statistics such as income, population age, resale, new development, taxes, economic growth potential and with a few variances which appear to be associated with the size of each area, they seem fairly similar.

If they are VERY professional, they will have their processes in writing as verification that it is enforced equally and fairly by their entire staff.6.

We have a fairly active REIA here that I highly reccomend attending.

Be keenly aware of fair housing laws.

There's a fair amount of young professionals as well as students from Southern CT State University that also add to the renter pool. 

They had major issues with lead times and hitting their deliveries which was annoying, but we have also experienced an issue with the large sliding window in our master bedroom (seems a seal exposure/draft issue) already within a year or so.So I won't be buying Crestline again, maybe not fair but that's my data point...

I am interested in campus housing right now as it seems to be fairly resession proof.

The deal seemed fair, I would net over $1,000 monthly, but the price seemed high for the properties.

I get that right now things are fairly stable, but couldn't one argue we are standing on a house of cards?
