@Raimonds LauzumsI will tell you, letting time pass is not a good way to prove you have been damaged.  

It was very complete, and prepped me to easily pass the exam on my first try in 45 minutes (vs. 4 hours allotted).Customer support was good, and the material all seemed current.  

I passed my CT real estate licensing exam in January and I am looking for a Broker to work with in the Hartford area.

I stumbled across Bigger Pockets through google searching the topic of Real Estate Wholesaling, and I'm excited to meet some new people, gain some new knowledge, and eventually pass the knowledge on to others!

My wife and I long term goal would be to get to the point where we have enough rental properties to support ourselves in retirement and also have something to possibly pass on to the next generation.
