as we kknow, they cant get an fha loan for@ least 3 years. i had a nice couple with a toddler take a home i bought in march. it was great. they bought in 2007 and could no longer afford the house so they were in the process of short selling it.the beauty of it all is they could move in whenever i was done with the village inspections. after 6 inspections, 4 permits, and a partridge in a pear tree, they moved in.

Personally i --hope to acquire a pc of land I have had my eye on for many years--start a new business ( well make it official and inc. it into a LLC and increase prsence so i can have more working funds)--start on my development of the short-term cabin housing ; talk to code enforcer, call a tree harvester, soil test, cut in a roadthat's my list and I'm sticking to it.

I have massive student loan debt so I'm trying to get out from under those ASAP (while still planning for a zombie apocalypse, lol).Speaking of smoked salmon, I started making my own (lox) which saves a ton of money. 2lb filet on sale, kosher salt from Dollar Tree and a week in the fridge under a cast iron skillet and I've got smoked salmon for weeks!
