Obviously no one wants to drive from Austin or San Antonio. 

My dream for years has been a 4plex I could drive by and check on without necessarily managing it, but I'm not seeing how people can rent for $1200-1500/unit and pay $850-950k for a 4plex and still manage to cashflow in any decent kind of way?

Hotels across the country are facing staffing problems, which is limiting hotel capacity and driving prices up.

Just a quick thought, but if it's not something that drives you I wouldn't commit just to have access to it.While Multifamily properties are the typical and traditional way to house hack and build wealth, we have found that in Colorado and the Denver area specifically, they have some pretty big cons.

The only areas that I see single family homes under $80k are in areas I wouldn’t drive through.

Just the fee for any company to drive to the house is usually $50-$75 alone so the warranty company saves me money right there.

Miami isn't on that last list...but I wonder where people drive to go visit for that Airbnb vacation?

I know the rental company LLC must bring in some good money, and the landlord has money himself (drives a nice car, etc.), but not sure how wealthy he is.
