There are many other loan products available in addition to Creative Financing methods that will allow you to keep much of that money in your pocket to get involved in more future deals sooner.It really just depends what strategy you're looking to implement, BRRRR, Fix/Flip, Short Term Rentals, etc...Have you considered adding value to the properties you're Acquiring?
