With the news of the transfer & not much info, I called Renters Warehouse last week and talked with I believe his title is Marketing Manager out of KC, currently covering the STL area until they hire in STL.

If I create the LLC and vest title in it to the HML's liking, how and when would I transfer ownership of the property to my Individual name to be eligible for a conventional refi?

We had the title company send us a letter stating they had already processed the paperwork and the deed was being transferred to our LLC’s name.

Transfers risk off investor and puts on borrower.

I would ask your lender before accepting any money because it may have to be transferred in a certain way to appease the lender. 

My questions, does anyone know how long I have to wait before I can transfer my property over to the LLC?
