@David W.If you're looking to have VAs make calls, bettervoice . com has "stats" section, where you can get reports on the # of calls, duration; it's a web based platform and all the VA needs is a headset/ear plugs with a mic. you can also record the calls so you can help your VAs if they get stuck on certain objections/questions they're not sure of.

Instead search MLS for deals that might meet your investment requirements, then cross reference these property addresses that with walkscore, and zilpy or some other zipcode demographics website.

That one deals with the "6 of 9 rules" test I mentioned earlier, but then I also just saw this next one that seems to say that you must meet ALL 9 of these rules:https://dwd.wisconsin.gov/worker_classification/ui...So, reading through some of this, it sure sounds like if you were operating here in WI @Wendell De Guzman  and you crossed paths with the state, your idea about "whoever writes the check writes the rules" could land into some very hot water with the state!
