So the capital amount of the note is tax free and only interest attached is taxed.While the note is in the exchange account it is critical that the proceeds from the note stay in the account until the exchange is over.  

If the program is legitimate they should have no issues with constructive criticism.

So many exchanges start in one state and finish in another that responsiveness and a national footprint are your more critical comparisons.  

@Alex Finken  ARV and repair cost are exactly the critical items you need before you can calculate the MAO. 

Knowing this is critical in Bloomington. 

I would add that the fact that Equity's chief marketing officer is here on BiggerPockets should show anyone that we are a very investor-friendly brokerage.The other take away is that regardless of your decision, picking the right broker is critical.
