There are so many people out there making crap loads of money finding and assigning deals, so it just rubs me wrong when blanket statements are made that imply people who assign contracts are involved in a  criminal activity.  

That may even lead to criminal charges.Buy, occupy, rent, refinance, repeat.

Make sure to come up with your requirements for the tenant you are looking for ahead of time written out (things like income, credit score, criminal history etc.) and then stick to your guns and don't second guess yourself.

Just because they are paying a full year's worth of rent upfront doesn't mean you can overlook criminal or eviction issues.

We do nationwide criminal background checks, big-3 credit checks, attempt TWO landlord back checks, drive by their existing residence and references.
