In some parts of the country a property ventilated crawl space is the answer, and yes that also relies on things being properly insulated as you so aptly pointed out.

We see higher COC returns than many parts of the country, high occupancy, and solid rents.

In general, and we're seeing this across the country and not just local to JT, although demand for STRs is up year over year, the new inventory has outpaced the demand which has affected average occupancy rates.
