How would you change your offer to help him save $ on the taxes he would have to pay. 

My biggest concern is I have had 3 jobs in the last year not making a whole lot (about 20,000-30,000) and with the upcoming job changes I don’t think the bank will like that.

Cell towers technology can change where the tower is no longer needed for a carrier, they can find a better spot to move to, cell companies can merge and now no longer need duplicate sites, etc.

We had that changed in the Montgomery County/DC form specifically because too many sellers were voiding the contracts when buyers would come in with unreasonable requests.But the reopening of negotiations I thought was a universal thing, as it's the case in 3 out of the 4 states I do business in.

Changing something like a garbage disposal is a pretty good starting point.

It's a way to adjust to make up for the extra work that I do without changing ownership percentages.
