Hello BPToday I'd like to share a recent closing we did this summer in mid town Savannah GA bread and butter entry level home.  

I currently  own  2 units neither is brining in cash flow yet 1 is almost tenant ready and the other is no were near tenant ready .

Can you share some perspective on the market for hostels in the U.S.?

Where are your properties located at mostly if you don't mind sharing?

loving it guys... sharing experiences and opinions really helps the community great discussion so far.. guess I look at things slightly differently I would love a propert already cashflowing from the start guess it all comes down to what your comfortable with and if you trust the source of where those tenants came from
