The problem I see is that I was never told by the company that I bought the house from why it was taking so long and why I was never approved after 6 attempts if I was pre-approved with them before we went through all of this.

Not sure if KB is guilty, or if this is just another attempt by the legal eagles to take advantage and make a quick buck.Seems to me that ALL appraisals were inflated prior to the bubble bursting.

Alf,If you use the Colorado commission approved contracts you can put that clause right in the body of the promissory note.

can you claim it as a low-maintenance business, such as, a garage where you occasionally fix cars (even oil changes/body work), a construction company (store stuff there and do some work from there), that kind of thing?
