My thoughts on Northwood/Original Northwood, Parts of Highlandtown, and the 200 blocks north of Patterson Park (if you can get a deal on the lower blocks closer to the park then go for it, but they will be harder to come by on that budget).

All one can do is to put more supports with concrete blocks.

I think the stumbling block you may run into is that this job allows you to be fully remote, but what about the next one, there aren't many places that pay Bay area salaries that aren't HCOL.

We love that there is a lot of investment (around 1 billion dollars) in the hospital system about 3 blocks from our property.
