I'm not a fan of the Genuine Sortawood cabinets the big box stores sell.But I have B to B- rentals, you  might be working on something way more high end.

@Jesse BarahonaI would stay out of dry cleaning & laundry, unless it’s only a drop off storefront and you send everything out to be laundered elsewhere - I know a guy who has 4 of those in surrounding towns and he just pays another company to pick the clothes up, launder it, and either deliver it or bring it back to his stores.

These tenants do exist in the area as the new stores downtown are frequented by these crowds, but how likely are these young families to opt for a beautiful, but small home instead of a large but nice home?

Stores like this location profit between $60k to $250k+ per year. 

Eg it's close to work or a bike path.

Dunkin' Donuts recently announced the closing of 800 stores (8% of their total) by the end of 2021, and they are in no way alone.Ascena Retail Group operates roughly 3,400 stores.
