Opens up new possibilities.

I have a printed out RTA copy that I have reviewed a couple of times, but the phrasing in it  seems to not plainly outline exactly what is the "black and white" of some circumstances and leaves a lot open to interpretation.

I'm open to multi-family but don't really see much for deals, likely due to lack of networking (that's why I'm here!).

I would be looking Richmond annex, carriage hills (SFH neighborhood) parts of Dam road (which El Sobrante also), and streets near San Pablo Ave, areas near Richmond marina (ferry just opened up).

I feel like the insurance is high ($1200) and would be open to feedback on that.

If you have jaw pain, popping when opening wide, etc. report that and any other jaw issues to the VA for your compensation. 

I talked to a RE agent at an open house in Belair-Edison and she independently verified that rent range for a row house in that neighborhood.  

There was no agreed-upon date, and they may be open to something different.
