  I’m a wholesaler from Columbus Ohio and when I come across Deals I seem to can’t close on it because I cannot find an end buyer and most buyers wants to flip the property and want large spreads, but what about the smaller spread deals that’s more for building up a portfolio I come across some deals that have some smaller spreads but I want to be able to help the seller sell, but I can’t because I’m having trouble finding buyers that pay close to market value of the home .
