It's a nice thing when it happens, but it's not a methodology upon which you can readily launch your business.If  you have an established track record and are willing to take a small slice of the pie, you could probably attract private money willing to partner with you.

Hi,If you are looking to save money and also a solution to leaking, i would suggest to reinstall roofing with modified bitumen, it will make your space more elegant and attractive, This option is not so long lasting, but is costs less & In terms of durability i would prefer you to go for EPDM method for re-installing roofing.

I've heard the condos in Weirs are doing well, but investors I've spoken to are not convinced the Weirs in Laconia is a great place to invest in at this time (although the Town Planner has done specific things to improve that main area that attracts all the Bike Week crowd).

We all know we have a 5-7yr run before we go backwards again...so if the hedge is appreciation and they have a good feel for the crystal ball fall in that local market, then I guess if cashflow is positive they just may have to give some back down the road.Have no idea what the Seller is doing on this deal either unless they own this free and clear and plan on selling off their note which is not all that attractive..lolSimply speaking...NEXT!
