Saw a member there recommend another website for real estate information - browsed that site, didn't like the forum set up at all, but was hooked on some questions - goggled it and arrived here.Started going through the forums and articles and liked what i saw- if there was a teaser option of few pages , likely wouldn't have signed up.

I've read somewhere that it is best that your mailers arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday but I notice that I get a lot of junk mail on Wednesday.
