Yes, it does have the potential to be a Market Disruptor much in the way Uber was for taxicabs, or Air B-n-B is for the Hotel industry.I like to think BIG but that model right there requires a lot of effort, as to me it seems it turns all of the simplicity of "Storage" into a logistic-centric & employee-heavy operation. 

All the pressure is on me so it's not like i'm asking her to follow me off a cliff.

Where you need to be careful is if your market is tied to some microeconomics trend that would cause downward pressure on housing prices, like one industry or employer town where that employer or industry is shrinking and demand for housing is decreasing.

I am presuming, since you didn't state, you mean hour by road and not by air. 

The market is so up in the air and we don’t really know if those same resale values will be there let’s say in 8 months.

Another tell-tale sign is that the air valve is halfway up the radiator end on a steam radiator and at the top of a HW radiator.

Put pressure on the HOA to get the entire building taken care of, over and over until the problem is gone.
