Furnish them with 12 months of air filters, have them change filters monthly, and have your AC on a 6 month service routine.

Or you could just build/lift them 4-8 ft in the air like parts of Braeswood.

Upstairs air conditioned 8500 sq feet, downstairs one air conditioned office 1000 sq feet, high ceiling 16 feet warehouse 7500 sq feet.

Our team promptly ripped their brand new roof off as it was the 3rd layer over shake and no buyer could get insurance or pass an inspection and get a loan.So on this 100% rehabbed home, we had to replace a brand new roof and install central AC so it had air. 

The contractor has done work on a couple of our Air Force friend’s places and he was highly reccomended.  

I also plan to rent out the extra bedrooms I have in my unit or air bnb them.
