Hey everyone, I haven’t really been active in a while since I sold my rental property last year.

But yeah seek out other title companies there's always a trial blazer who will do what others won't, and say can't be done!! 

No-one wants a empty  dirt lot with bulldozers actively moving stuff as next 🚪  neighbors. 

I am actively analyzing RE investments, and hoping to make my first multifamily purchase within the next 6 months.

I am interested utilizing an active Real Estate License while I am also in Commercial Banking.
