I saw a new law come down in Dalton ,Ga a few years back.Most hispanics worked at the factory and when that happened many left to other counties or states.That would be a big concern to me is what is going on politically in the area.

If the property has been boarded and abandoned for 3+ years, the bank that was holding the foreclosure has been busted and jailed, is it possible for the county to claim in condemned/abandoned and take possession?
