There would be a total of 20 homes This would be a project to project basis building one home at a time.All homes would be in the same relative layout with about 4 different designs. 3 bed 2 bath, 1,500 square foot, cost us about $100k per home to build.

That gets questionable when there are only a few homes that have sold in the area in the past year, and the sizes, styles, conditions, and prices are all over the place.Regarding the area, even though Frederick is relatively close to DC & Baltimore, many people around here consider Frederick County & Washington County (Hagerstown) to be fairly rural... even considering the cities to be more like towns, at least compared to the the immediate DC/Baltimore suburbs.

The unit downstairs from me has the exact same floor plan and square footage as mine and is being rented out for $875 a month but it's been completely updated throughout the inside.
