Essentially the data is generated by the USPS- United States Postal Service which denotes when a property is vacant or appears vacant (this includes Tenant move outs, Inherited properties, Bank Owned, HUD homes, etc.) 

All I have given them at this point is a zip code, maybe an address, but NOT the date that I need it. 

But you have to target entire zip codes.
