The house + the land around it is what's being sold (Multi-Property Land for Sale, is what the sign reads - and it's a lot of land).

But the worse part is how they disrespected my client when she asked for a credit for all the problems before the warranty issue.  

Our property taxes on multi-family are capped annually at 3% max increases which help with annual tax lightning.
