Wait tables at a higher end restaurant which will help you with people skills which will help you in future real estate deals.

Maybe the left doesn't go to the gas station, Walmart, restaurants, banks, or other public places where crimes occur.

You change the locks (crazy doesn’t need keys to your property, copies or not) and meet at a fast food restaurant, a grocery store, any such thing.
