Many times you can't tell whether a homeless person is just an ordinary person who has run into extraordinarily bad circumstances, whether s/he is mentally ill (sociopaths can be charming), or is a criminal. 

Such rooming houses tend to cater to a population of professionals/labourers who have the commonality of employment.The social rooming house:  These establishments provide a vital role in housing the "down and out", the mentally ill, the addicted and others on the fringes of society.  

What if a tenant gets some vague illness and imagines that it's my fault? 

I need to find a new CPA soon for basic accounting (as it seems my current accountant may be seriously ill and has not been returning my calls on an urgent IRS matter) as well as to help me plan for building a portfolio using my 401k and IRAs.

Also an irritating, ill-behaved, noisy traffic hazard.

I will say briefly that you can mitigate a lot of these risks by using creative structures, but Ill save the details for another time. 

I have no criminal background,excellent credit and a good job so i don't think ill have a problem with the application.

So I am pretty new here, So ill introduce myself.
