I use call rail for my calls and google sheets and it seems to be sufficient for now...once I get bigger I would move to a CRM but from my experience you can create most functions of a CRM in google drive yourself

I would imagine there’s some amount of question answering apathy that sets in when question posters don’t use the “Search” function first (or at all).

I have never priced development costs, but from what I have seen I am pretty sure you can buy an existing functioning park with less cash than you would need to develop a new park.  

Heck, I believe in throwing away a perfectly functional water heater if it's over 7 years old.
