When meeting with clients the first order is to discuss (A) their personal assets, (B) break down their current investments portfolio and other business ventures before discussing any (C) future goals.

I would recommend staying away from the big box or DIY sprayers (plastic body housings) as they are not meant to be used professionally and often cannot be repaired.  

I just want to be pointed in the right direction and get the pros/cons of my business venture. 

A big problem with bathrooms below grade is that you need toilets that have a macerator and sometimes DIY people don't put these in.

I'm looking for any and all books/forums/podcasts that relate to purchasing notes, but this being my first RE venture, I want to try and avoid paralysis by analysis. 

I was advised not to use a joint venture agreement, since I wanted to keep my LLC and another parties accounts separated and not wanting to open up a new account.

Please help me add to this DIY preventative maintenance list I've assembled.

I understand a contractor might do it, but we prefer to DIY. 

I currently have 6K to my name and would like to get into a venture this summer while I’m out of school
