My plan is when i return to america (Omaha Nebraska area) to buy a 2-4 unit multifamily.

Bank of america, conventional mortgage.  4.25% for SFH (investment) and 4.625 for multifamily (investment).  

I'm looking for specific contacts/firms to get out of corporate America immediately!.

It will not take long for the most liberal city in America to figure that out (sorry Berkeley, New York or Boulder if you are offended).  

For example, in North America, one of the main strategy used by investors is to buy undervalued or value-add apartment buildings, increase their net operating return and then refinance with a long-term mortgage and pull their cash invested out.
